Terms of Service and Data Storage & Retention

These terms explain how Nivoket’s subscription service works and how Nivoket says it handles account and billing data. They are a working policy notice; the project-specific processing details marked below still need owner and legal review.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

1. Operator and scope

These terms are between you and Nivoket, an independent activity (self-employed operator). Nivoket’s address is Vytenio g. 31, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: contact@nivoket.com.

They apply when you access or use Nivoket’s website, account, workspace, and subscription features. A plan or checkout screen may add service-specific details; if information conflicts, mandatory law applies and the specific checkout terms govern the purchase details shown there.

2. The service and AI-assisted drafts

Nivoket is a subscription service for discovering grants and public tenders, organizing and assessing opportunities against information you provide about your business, and preparing AI-assisted application or bid drafts where your plan includes that feature. Features can vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

Opportunity notices, summaries, matching, and drafts are informational tools. Sources may be incomplete, change, or contain errors. Nivoket does not promise that an opportunity is current, that you or your business are eligible, or that any application will be accepted, funded, or successful. You must check the official source, requirements, eligibility, deadlines, and supporting evidence yourself.

You must review and correct every AI-assisted draft. You decide whether and when to submit an application or bid, and remain responsible for its contents, attachments, accuracy, and submission.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in details. Tell Nivoket promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You must have the rights and authority to provide information, documents, and instructions you enter. Do not use Nivoket to infringe another person’s rights, submit unlawful material, interfere with the service, or bypass restrictions on an official funding or procurement source.

4. Subscription and payment

Plans are monthly subscriptions. The current price and billing currency are shown at checkout before you confirm; Nivoket’s checkout currently charges in USD. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring monthly charges until the subscription is cancelled. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or fees.

Payments use hosted checkout integrated with Stripe. Stripe handles payment-card details under its own terms and privacy notice; Nivoket’s app receives subscription and payment-status information needed to administer access and billing.

The current app does not show an in-account cancellation control. To request cancellation, email contact@nivoket.com from the address on your account and include enough information to identify the subscription. Request it before the next billing date; Nivoket will confirm the effective date. Any refund or withdrawal right required by law remains available. The owner must confirm the exact cancellation and refund workflow before relying on this draft.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You keep your rights in the information, files, and instructions you submit. You give Nivoket permission to host, use, copy, and process that material only as needed to provide, maintain, and support the service, subject to this notice and applicable law.

Nivoket and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and materials they provide. To the extent the law permits, you may use drafts and other outputs for your own business purposes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for another user; you are responsible for checking it and for having the rights needed to use and submit it.

6. Availability and liability

Nivoket aims to make the service useful and available, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free access or that an external grant or tender source will remain available or unchanged. Features may be maintained, updated, limited, or discontinued.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nivoket is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an unverified notice, match, or draft, missing an external deadline, or a funding or procurement authority’s decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

7. Ending or restricting access

You may stop using Nivoket and request account closure by emailing contact@nivoket.com. A subscription cancellation and account closure are separate requests; tell us if you want both. Nivoket may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, unlawful use, security risk, or legal requirement, and will give notice where appropriate and lawful.

When access ends, rights and obligations that by their nature continue will remain in effect. The data-retention section below explains Nivoket’s stated account and billing policy and its limits.

8. Personal data and how it is used

Depending on how you use the service, Nivoket may process account contact and sign-in details; business and workspace information you enter; saved opportunities; application or bid materials and AI prompts or drafts; support correspondence; and subscription or payment-status records. Nivoket uses this information to provide the service, manage accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing may rely on providing the service you request, a legal obligation, Nivoket’s legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or your consent for optional features. Optional analytics, if enabled for this deployment, are used only after you opt in through the site’s consent controls.

Nivoket’s billing flow uses hosted checkout integrated with Stripe. The project-specific hosting, database, AI, email, storage, and other processor list, their locations, transfer safeguards, and contractual terms have not been confirmed and are marked for owner and legal review above. Do not treat Polsia’s general platform documentation as confirmation of what is enabled for Nivoket.

9. Your data rights and contact

Where data-protection law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal limits.

To ask a question or exercise a right, email contact@nivoket.com. You may also complain to the supervisory authority in your place of residence or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Lithuania, the supervisory authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

10. Data storage and retention

Nivoket’s stated policy is to retain account and billing data for six months after account closure and then delete it. This period is subject to any mandatory legal retention obligation and to verified processor terms that require a different period.

This is Nivoket’s policy statement only. It does not change or guarantee how Polsia or another provider stores, backs up, logs, retains, or deletes data. The project-specific provider terms, storage locations, backup and log schedules, and deletion process have not been verified; the owner must confirm them and update this notice before making a broader deletion commitment.

The retention period for other workspace content, including company profiles, opportunity records, and application drafts, is not confirmed in this notice and requires owner and legal review. You can ask Nivoket about a specific closure or deletion request at contact@nivoket.com.

11. Governing law and changes

Lithuanian law is the intended governing law for these terms and the service relationship. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise govern your contract. Nothing here limits mandatory rights under EU or national law.

Nivoket may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The updated date will appear on this page. Where notice or consent is required, Nivoket will follow the applicable legal requirements.
